Privacy policy

1. The short version

We collect only what we need to deliver your key and support you. We never see or store your full card number, we don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and we never sell your data.

2. What we collect

• Order details: your email address, the product and plan you bought, the amount, the order status, and the license key issued to you.
• Billing details (card payments): the name on your card, street address, postal code and country. We pass these to our payment processor to authorize the payment.
• Support messages: anything you send through our contact form or by email, including your name, email and order ID if you provide them.
• Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time), kept for security and troubleshooting.

3. Payments

Card payments are processed by Slash, using payment forms provided by Whop. Your card number, expiry date and security code are entered directly into their secure forms and never reach our servers. Crypto payments are handled by our crypto payment provider on their own payment page. Each provider handles your data under its own privacy policy.

4. How we use it

• To process your payment, deliver your license key and show your order status.
• To answer support requests and help with setup.
• To prevent fraud, abuse and key sharing.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We don't send marketing emails unless you've asked for them.

5. Who we share it with

We share data only with the services needed to run the store: our payment processors (for payments), our hosting provider (to run this site), and Google Fonts (which receives your IP address when fonts load). We may disclose information if required by law. We never sell or rent your personal data.

6. Cookies

This site doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies. Our payment forms may set strictly necessary cookies to process payments securely and prevent fraud.

7. How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed for your license and for our legal and accounting obligations. Support messages are kept for as long as needed to resolve your request. Server logs are deleted regularly.

8. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we're not required to keep it. Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or CCPA), you may have additional rights. To make a request, contact us from the email address you used to order.

9. Security

Our site is served over HTTPS, payment data is handled by PCI-compliant processors, and access to order data is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
