Refund Policy

1. Digital products

All products are digital and your license key is delivered instantly after payment. Because a key can't be "returned" once it's been delivered, sales are final, except in the cases below.

2. When you can get a refund

It doesn't work on your system: if a product doesn't run on a supported system (see each product's requirements) and our support team can't fix it, you can get a refund or store credit. Contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
Duplicate or mistaken charges: if you were charged twice for the same order, we'll refund the duplicate.
Unused keys: if you contact us before your key has been activated, we may offer store credit.

3. When refunds don't apply

You changed your mind after the key was activated.
Your system doesn't meet the listed requirements.
Your game account was suspended or banned. Use of third-party software is at your own risk (see our terms).
The key was shared, resold or used in breach of our terms.

4. Downtime

If a product is marked Down on our status page, active time-based keys get the lost time added back.

5. How to request one

Contact support or open a ticket on Discord with your order ID, the email you used, and a short description of the problem. We usually reply within a few hours.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Card refunds usually take 5–10 business days to appear. Crypto refunds are sent in the same coin at the USD value of your original payment, to a wallet address you give us.
